Student Affairs Office is the unit responsible for a number of personal and academic procedures, such as course registration programs, academic calendars, orientation, transcripts, student certificates, regulations, and major and double major programs.
Student Affairs Office provides administrative services to students in Sıhhiye and Beytepe Campuses of Hacettepe University. Sıhhiye and Beytepe offices serve faculties and departments placed in the related campus.
You can apply directly to our offices for personal data and documents (e.g. transcripts and student certificates). You will need the approval of your academic advisor and permission from your Department and Faculty/Vocational School first, for academic procedures and procedures regarding excuses and leaves of absence.
You can access BILSIS Guides prepared for students (e.g. Course Registration Guide and Leave of Absence Guide) under “Announcements” after logging into the system.
